The next day there was a 70s bikes display at the cafe, this had been the most popular choice of events for us to attend. There were plenty of well restored bikes there which took us all back to our younger days. RDs, a KH500, Rocket 3s, CB750 etc.
It's hard to believe how much we wanted something like this.
Suddenly a cheer went up, considering all the tasty bikes that were there, the bike that created the most interest was......
Later a group of about 6 swarmed onto the car park deserving another cheer,
It would have been nice to stay for the day, but we had to be out of our rooms by noon, so, reluctantly we got loaded up and set off back home. Jackie and Carl stayed an extra night and left the next day to tour Austria.
It was a very hot and uncomfortable journey home but we found a nice old pub and had a Sunday roast for dinner.
Thanks to Debra for suggesting and organising the trip, and to all those who came, it was another excellent KingsMCC event.

............an FS1E.......a Fizzer.
It made me laugh to see a group of middle aged men stood smiling, discussing the merits of their first mopeds.

as legendery as the Fizzer was a Tiger Cross, Gilera, even a Fantic Chopper, I've ridden one of those.
